Questions and straight answers
I forgot my password. Can you reset it?
No. Your password never reaches us, so there is nothing for us to reset. Open any coin's site, choose Restore from recovery phrase, enter your 12 or 24 words and pick a new password. You get a new wallet ID; your addresses and balances stay the same because they come from the phrase.
I lost my recovery phrase but still know my password.
Sign in and go to Settings → View recovery phrase. Write it down now. If you lose both the phrase and the password, the coins cannot be recovered by anyone, including us.
What if I forget my wallet ID?
Your wallet ID is inside the backup file you were offered when you created the wallet. It is a good idea to write it next to your recovery phrase as well. If you have neither, restore from your recovery phrase — you get a fresh wallet ID with the same coins.
Which coins are supported?
Bitcoin (BTC), Litecoin (LTC), Dogecoin (DOGE), Bitcoin Cash (BCH), Ethereum (ETH), BNB Smart Chain (BNB), Arbitrum (ETH), Optimism (ETH), Base (ETH), Polygon (POL), Avalanche (AVAX), Gnosis (xDAI), Linea (ETH), zkSync Era (ETH), Scroll (ETH), Cronos (CRO), Sonic (S), Solana (SOL). The coin overview shows what each coin's addresses look like and when a payment counts as final.
Do I need a separate wallet for each coin?
No. One recovery phrase and one wallet ID cover every coin. You do sign in separately on each coin's site — they are kept apart on purpose, so a problem on one can never touch another.
What are the fees?
Only the network fee, which goes to the people who run that coin's network. We add nothing. The send screen shows the exact fee and total before you confirm, and you can choose between a faster or a cheaper option.
Can I check what the site actually does?
Yes. Every file your browser runs is delivered exactly as we published it, readable and unminified, and your browser refuses any file that has been changed on the way. Nothing loads from anyone else. Technically minded? The details are at the bottom of the Security page.
Can you freeze or seize my coins?
No. We never hold your keys. We could take the website offline, which would stop you using this particular app — but your recovery phrase would still work in any other standard wallet.
Do you know who I am?
No. We never ask for an email, a name or a phone number. We keep a record of sign-ins so abuse can be limited, but internet addresses in it are stored in a scrambled form that cannot be traced back to you.
Is it safe to use on my phone?
Yes. Everything works the same in a phone browser, and your keys never leave the device. The usual advice applies: keep the phone updated, use a screen lock, and do not open a wallet on a device you think may be infected.
Can I use the same recovery phrase in another wallet?
Yes. We follow the same widely used conventions as most popular wallets, so your phrase opens the same coins elsewhere. Private keys you imported separately are not part of the phrase — export them from Settings before you switch.
What happens if the site goes down?
Your coins live on the blockchain, not on our server. Restore your recovery phrase into any compatible wallet and carry on.
